Hi, I’m Marielly. I'm a DBA candidate in Organizational Leadership & Development, and I'm building Kingdom Timekeepers as my research laboratory - a place where doctoral theory meets real-world practice.
But more than that, I'm a woman who got tired of the noise.
Tired of the hustle culture that told me to do more, scale faster, push harder. Tired of building businesses that looked successful on the outside but felt unsustainable on the inside. Tired of separating my faith from my work, my calling from my calendar, my values from my daily decisions.
